You dont have to worry about the eco ball or the hose to the tub in the commercial world we remove the eco balls anyway.... You dont have to remove the boot to get to the dispenser hose just pull the boot back at about 11 oclock like you did at the bottom and you will see the black hose coming into the tub... Sometimes it get clogged up with socks... The rest of your issues I would have to see in person too many weird things happening

#216537 Maytag Neptune MAH5500BWW water left over in tub after cycle

Posted by washertech26 on 05 December 2011 - 09:52 PM

To help with the odor here are a few tips..'

1 Use HE soap only and less is more
2 Dont use fabric softener use white vinegar instead (natural softener and disinfects too)
3 Wash the machine first put 2 cups of vinegar into the washer with hot water run through cycle empty to clean the machine.. If you really killer the odors do it again this time with bleach..
4 always leave the door open to let the moisture out of the machines...
5 wipe down the door boot with bleach

One side affect of using too much soap people with get rashes were they sweat on the shoulder, back, legs ect that nobody knows where I have seen in over and over again ....

A Kenmore model will start 110. ******* its in the door... Push to start switches rarely go bad more likely door switch or thermal fuse if it wasnt dryer properly before it failed... Push on the door switch first

#216535 Washer won't spin in wash cylce MAH3000AWW Maytag Neptune

Posted by washertech26 on 05 December 2011 - 09:40 PM

If I read your post correctly it has been screaming during spin cycle (very very loud) now it wont spin at all.... I sound like the bearings have fails.. Every easy test open the door grab the basket and lift on it.. Good bearings the basket wont move up or down at all... It they have failed to that point they are in pieces and a pain to be replaced.... I have replace quite of few on the commercial version and its a fun job to say the least I showed another tech how to do it a few months ago because I have special tools that I have made to do it... The bearings are listed on the commercial machine use model number MAH20PDAWW you will also need a spider (tub support) too... If you really dont know what you are doing its a difficult job.. I have over 20 years in the appliance field so I know my way around many different machines.. One other thing if basket moves up and down open up the back of the machine and see if the pulley cut into the tub when the bearings collapsed... Message me back if you have more info

This is off the wall but I have been having a lot of issues with the commercial version of the washer the MAH22PR something clogs the pump so it is not draining properly or water leaks into the pump motor housing.. Remove the front service panel have a pan or lean the washer against the wall and clean out the pump then look and see if it has water in it.. Put a flashlight behind it and shake it you can see the water moving.. That is what I would check. Also if water is coming out of the dispenser open the front door pull boot back and look at about 11 oclock for the dispenser hose to the tub.. A lot of times socks get caught in there ... Just a thought

#216410 how to change a spin bearing on a MAT12PDBAW maytag commercial washer

Posted by washertech26 on 04 December 2011 - 10:40 PM

Yes that is a commercial top load washer coin operated you will need the tub bearing and the stem kit ( seals) you also need a maytag spanner wrench to remove the spanned nut and the strem kit.... Its not hard but a lot of steps... I have done more then a dozen and its not too bad..
