I looked for a tab that many refrigerators have, but I didn't see anything like that on this refrigerator.  And I got up close and personal with this sucker!

So, I told my buddy what you told me to do over the phone and left it at that.  He called me back about 2 hours later and said, that he did what I told him to do and now all he sees in the washer is minutes.  No dollar amount and nothing works at all.  Can you access more than changing the amount of quarters when you press the Permanent Press key?  I have to go their in the morning and I would like to have all of the programming info if there is any.  It is quite a drive for me.

Thanks, Wan

Wow, Great call!  It turned out to be the drain pump was running but not always pumping.  Of course it always pumped when I went their.   The tip on advancing the timer is a real time saver!  I appreciate all of your input and worthy of a donation to your beer fund.  Many thanks!
