Bad cap if it read 0 on the fan. Replace and enjoy the cold air

The flame sensor shows NO continuity.

Pull the fridge out from the wall and see if the noise is by the compressor of from behind the metal panel above the compressor area

Sounds like the fan blade is hitting ice due to a defrost issue. Is there frost or ice on the back wall of the freezer?

If the damper is sealed up with silicone that's where I would start. if the damper door is broken it will allow to much cold air in the FF section. I know you said all the thermistors were in specs but they are cheep enough to replace all of them.

Did the fridge have any problems when you bought it? Did you lay it down when you moved it? Put a thermometer in each side of the box and check your temps that way. Is the condenser coil clean?

Sounds like the damper may be broken in the refrigerator, back left corner. Part 367 on the breakdown.

As much as I browse this site I am ashamed that I have yet to find your GE survival kit. Now that I have it I can whoop this POS box that is giving me hell. I was about to go all "parts changing monkey" on it!

The brackets were removable on both fan motors, I swapped them over and everything fit. I would hate for the customer to have to replace his old freezer because of a NLA fan motor. Thanks PDuff the Part number: 482731
