I replaced the suspension and the new suspension is definitely a lot tighter and is more like a shock as the old suspension was more like springs that would bounce and not really dampen. I will give an update if the washer still has issues.

Yes I did I didnt see anything obvious that the suspension was broken.  It did bounce a couple times if I pushed it down.

She claims she is only using a table spoon of fabric softner as well. I couldn't remove the wash plate. I wasnt pulling that hard though because I didn't want to break it.
