Customer complains that when came back home the dryer was on, also  the other appliances show Power Failure due to power  loss in the street. Tried to activated the diagnostic test modes  but most the time shows "CO" error, tried Manual  load test, nothing, I'm lost I talk to several technicians, some say the control board, the harness or the User interface. Us we know there  is no CO error in the tech sheet, I'am able to activate the diagnostic test mode until the "8:88" after the "8:88" the console goes Blank, but doesn't come back with the "8:88: displayed, sometimes I get the "LID.  Please Help..........

Whirpool made Kenmore 665.13963k015 F2e2 error code

23 December 2014 - 10:43 PM

I went to the customer home, found inlet pump loose from the clamp. I decided to replace the sump pump assembly because maybe something wrong with the pump, and since a had a pump on my truck It  would be faster, I guess I was wrong. After installation  still the F2e2 came back, so now I don't know if needs a new control board, User interface or turbidity sensor. Also could be the  wiring harness, after 3 years she may have to buy a new one. The sump pump  I replaced has a different number but looks the same the keyboard doesn't  respond sometimes only the cancel key works, i' lost at this point, anybody having luck with this new generation Whirpool dishwashers ?. Thank you for your Help.
