Asko W6461 Washer no heat

20 January 2013 - 08:26 PM

No, this is not a joke...has nothing to do with my dryer post. While I'm a qualified apprentice and all, I just wanted to ask about the washer too. Heater has not worked for quite a while. Doesn't bother me too much because I don't mind washing everything in cold water. But is it an easy fix? (like replacing the dryer belt)  :whistling:

Asko T731 Dryer won't heat

20 January 2013 - 06:55 PM

Well, it was heating just fine before I fixed it! After replacing the drive belt it no longer heats. Any ideas on what to check first?

BTW, when disassembling it I noticed one of the wires in harness was not plugged in. I don't think I knocked it loose, but thought I'd throw that in just in case it is pertinent.
