Sorry meant to post the fix. Error was te3. Info from LG said to test thermister but the dryer had a resetable thermostat.

Where do I find a rebuild, if customer is interested?  Any idea on cost?

No heat problem ended up being a bad igniter, only lasted two or three loads. Its  been running  good for a week now.

Timer does advance in timed dry. It is the auto dry side that doesn't seem to advance. 

Does anyone have the service manual or wiring diagram.
