I've owned this icemaker for nearly five years and whenever this has happened in the past, I needed to clean the condenser coils. Well, they're clean, but it is making ice at an extremely slow rate. It might make enough for 5-6 large glasses of ice water in a day's time. It used to make so much that it would be full almost all the time. The water is pumping at what appears to be the normal rate and the condenser fan is working (at least I can feel the air at the base of the front of the ice maker when it kicks on). Any idea about what could be happening?
