GE Gas oven JGSP48c0h1cc looking for part

28 February 2014 - 08:45 PM

Went out to convert this 4 year old gas oven from natty to LPG. The bake burner orifice hood(brass) was frozen to the spud(aluminum) and of course it snapped "clean off" as only dirty Harry could say. The part I am looking for is the aluminum tube from the oven valve to the burner and it is not found anywhere in the parts breakdown. It is secured to the burner box with a large brass nut which is also not found anywhere in the parts list. Does anybody have any insight here, or am I just stuck in GE hell like groundhog day? Thanks in advance for any insight, greatly appreciated! Did I mention that I really hate GE products and all that they stand for as a corporation.

The instructions with the kit pt no. 667489 show a gasket holder which is not included with the kit. Anybody have any experience with this job? Thanks as always.

110.46462501 duet sport no spin intermittant

09 October 2012 - 03:38 PM

Hi guys/ I have a duet sport, customers actually, went on a no spin complaint. pulled an f01 code, replaced the ccu as directed. week later, same thing. not throwing codes, walks through diagnostics intermittantly. is there something I'm missing? checked all the usual suspects, pump was recently replaced. Any insight here? I ordered a new mcu but not sure if it will fix. seems a little quirky ramping up in diagnostic mode, sometimes spins sometimes not. cust can get it to spin out after repeated attempts. Any suggestions greatly appreciated. Thanks !
