Kenmore tumble washer 41747102700 bearing problem

15 July 2013 - 09:06 PM

Hi, do you have a service manual for 41747102700 kenmore washer?  I have a friend whose washer was making a really loud noise & started to leak as well.  Now it is not working at all.  They think it is the bearings.

Do they sell just the bearings or do you have to replace the whole back including the bearing?

Any tips or thoughts before I jump into this?

Thanks.

mvwx600xw0 won't drain

10 July 2013 - 07:27 PM

I have a maytag mvwx600xw0 washer. I keep ending up with wet clothes in a clump at the bottom of the tub. If I keep doing the drain and spin mode, every once in a while it will work and you will notice that the clothes have been spun (nothing in the middle) and the clothes are not dripping wet. I have run the diagnostic mode and got these error codes: F7 (Sensing Soak) E1 (done); F7 (Sensing Soak Rinse Spin Done) E7 (Rinse Spin Done);

F8 (Sensing soak Wash) E1 (Done); F0 (Sensing Soak) E0 (Blank). Any thoughts of things I could look at. Last night, I found a bobby pin in the pump that I removed. I also found some clothes that I removed from the bottom of the washer, but it is still acting up. In the service manual, only 2 of the codes matched up with an explanation and that was just the E? F? (The lights on the Sensing,Soak,Rinse Spin Done did not match up)

Any clues on what I should try next?
