Not that my rank really matters but I was wondering why I was demoted from a master appliantologist back to a professional appliantologist? Did I do somthing wrong?

1st time out not defrosting and evaporator fan runs with controls turned off. Defrost heater and bimetal good. Replaced board and fan turned off when unit is turned off and seemed to operate as designed. I did not check thermistors but I did check the resistors that go to fans and that fans were spinning and moving air.
Got a call back today and found the exact same thing, no defrost and evaporator fan still runs when the controls are turned to 0. I did check the evaporator thermistor and it was out of spec. i am planning to change the board and evaporator thermistor. Is there somthing else that I should be checking that could cause a board to fail like this?

Dryer making noise, rollers are worn and when I shove my head inside the drum the felt seal has over an inch gap in the front and the back. When I lift up on the drum I have a lot of play. I want to replace the rollers and the felt seals. seals are sold as part of the drum assembly. Anybody know a way to get the seals seperatly?

Complaint is no heat and when they shut the door the motor starts. I have seen it do this once but after I opened the door and tried it again it functioned as normal. I have already replaced the motor, hi limit t-stat, and maintenance Kit ( rollers, belt, and idler pulley) because it had poor air flow. push to start switch does not stick during service but if it did that shouldn't stop it from heating. Any suggestions. Could a intermittently grounding element cause this?
