You will need a new evap cover, and a heat probe for the evap heater to go into the drain hole. There is a tech note from Samsung about this problem. Since I am not ASC for Samsung I don't have the Tech Notes. When I do the above, I have not had any call backs yet. Make sure the Drain is not plugged, and check the drain tube in back of the Fridge to make that is not plugged up either.
