Ordered the PCB as advised, and another HE. The RepairClinic's delivery is amazingly fast.  Busy with other things for a few days. Installed the parts yesterday and ran two successive loads of dishes. It is working like new. Thank you very much for your time and expertise.

Sorry, just getting the hang of this replying.

Yes, the serial number is 701KW...910KW.

 

I do not have any service bulletin.

My guess is that the resistance value for checking the heater.

 

By heater do you meat the Heating Element...yeah, I know it's a kind of simple minded question but I want to be sure we are on the same page. And, while I'm in the land of simple questions, PCB means....printed circuit board?

Holy Cow.  The fourth sentence should be: My guess is that the resistance value for checking the heater is in the service bulletin.
