Lol - that means somebody has worked on this unit before and decided to keep the tech sheet - thereby screwing everyone else as well as him that nobody has a hope should it be needed

Sometimes that spring on the solenoid works it way out of position and doesn't hold the cube door arm up all of the way. If you notice one lookin like that you can spin the spring around til it goes back to where it's supposed to be.
