In the pictures it looks like the "inner" bent pliers are being used on the outer spring. Do we have a LG official training document on this? I've seen different ways of using the pliers on the inner spring. Some start with an unhooked spring, other stretch the connected spring. Wondering what the designers of the tool intended the procedure to be.
