      [Webinar] Appliantology Workshop   11/09/2017

Information is the name of the game in the appliance repair trade today. Appliantology is a powerful information tool for the professional appliance repair technician. But just like with any of the more capable tools in your tool bag, many of the more powerful features are hidden from you unless you "read the manual." Ugh! Who wants to do that? Well, this is one time when you don't have to! In this webinar, Team Samurai will personally walk you through the site and show you many of the useful and powerful features that even long-time users probably never knew existed.

  5. Need Service Manual/Tech Sheet please.
  6. As far as the error code on the panel it is not there. The wiring diagram is. No parts list there either. I appreciate the help but this does not really help. I need a parts list not the catalog. I cannot find a part that I do not know the number of. That’s why I need a parts list. the other part of the reply is definately not needed. I needed the parts list most of all. Error code info is not critical. PARTS LIST IS WHAT I NEED. If you have one great if not so be it. Thanks

  8. The error code info should be on a sticker inside the blower access panel, ironically you need to remove the panel to see the error codes which cuts the power which clears the code. Most HVAC techs keep a flat magnet to hold the blower door switch closed so they can diagnose it.
  9. Rheem Furnace-80PJ07EBR0

I couldn't find exactly what you were looking for, but I was able to get the installation instructions and technical specs for this model, which might be useful to you. As for parts, it looks like Rheem has an online parts catalog here: https://www.rheemparts.com/Catalog/
  10. Is there a more clearer version? It is hard to make out.

  13. Unless it is pushing door slightly open. Also check door latches in good shape, holding door closed.
  14. Link support won’t be your isssue , it will the main control housing broken as mentioned above , the original plastic gets brittle with age
  15. Praise the Lord, Jesus Christ! In my case...I was born in 1963...which accounts for my username:)
  16. It is also wise to heed the words of John 6:3, "Then Jesus went up on a mountainside and sat down with his disciples." I apologize in advance, I could not help myself.
  17. Sounds good. Wiring is known to break/fail...internally. The wire harness will appear to be okay/ undamaged...but is not.
  18. Making much more sense now. Yes, when a new wiring harness comes with a part don’t assume it not there for a reason.
  19. John. It did some with new wires but I didn't use them. I need to replace the wires?
  20. Built January 2014. When the Drain Motor was replaced...did it have a new pump motor wire harness in the kit? Has it been installed?
  21. Yesterday
  22. Hello everyone Washer won't drain. If I unplug it for about 7 hours, plug it back, then try again, it will drain. Then I try another load and it won't drain. Everything I've researched so far said to check hoses and drain pump for obstructions. I did that; couldn't find any obstructions so I ordered a new drain pump from sears. Just installed it. Ran two dry "loads", I could hear, see and feel the pump working. Started a small real load (with water). Won't drain, pump is not working. I've unplugged, waited about 30 minutes. Still won't drain and pump doesn't run. Model WT1101CW 401PNNA37679 I don't remember when I purchased. It was sometimes after 2008 - new. There is a date on the old pump 4.12.13/1. I guess that's a date?
