My 5 year old Samsung washer is showing a 3C2 error. The initial symptoms were it pausing mid cycle, adding time on each time so it never got to the end of a cycle. Now it is obvious that although the cycle will start, the drum isn't turning. Placing the machine in test mode leads to the 3C2 code showing. This model seems to be poorly documented, but it's belt driven so there's no rotor/stator, and I can't find any diagrams to tell me where any possible culprit sensors are. I've included a photo inside the rear panel. I have tried a few things, which I'll list below. Machine calibration, plus ensuring everything is level and stable. Replacing the main PCB which includes the inverter board. Testing with a new motor, no change. Checking wire connections, there doesn't seem to be any damaged cables. If anyone has any bright ideas, I'd be very grateful. If it helps, I believe the model number is broken down like this: WW 12 (12Kg) K (Year) 8 (series) 4 (model) 1 (main colour) 2 (door colour). So model WW12K8402OW will be the same machine in a different colour. Thanks in advance.

Hello, I have Samsung refrigerator RF23M8570SG. Touchscreen is not responding, no lights in refrigerator, not cooling. I tried: - reset power to refrigerator - use reset bottom in the hidden compartment on the door. - reconnect all connectors. I found a usb slot next to reset bottom, maybe there is a way to download software and try to reset it that way, my other guess is to replace main control board. Did someone encounter this situation, thank you for your help

My ice maker (Daechang DA97-11092B) is completely dead. The test buttom does nothing, no water fill, no motor activity. How can I trouble shoot this to tell if the problem is the ice maker or the main control board. I am ignoring the water control valve, door switch (the lights come on and go off fine), and temperature (-4) for now as unlikely. I would also like to get a full service manual, not the fast start version. Any ideas?

I've had this refrigerator since 2011 and it has been a pretty good investment up to now. The ice maker bucket has opened flawlessly all these years when I've needed access. Recently the ice maker started dispensing crushed ice only, even when cubed ice was selected. In my attempt to diagnose the problem I found that the ice maker bucket would no longer open even though the lever used to unlock seemed to operate properly. I've tried pulling as hard as I can (tempering that with the knowledge that if I try to pull harder something will probably break) as well as banging in what I would call "strategic" locations in an attempt to dislodge any ice that may have formed inside the bucket but no luck. This bucket is completely enclosed so you can not see inside and therefore can not make an informed diagnosis. I noticed that I can see the actual locking "tooth(?)" moving up and down when I push the lever so I feel it is safe to say that the bucket is not inserted all the way (believe me when I say that I have tried to force the bucket to go in to properly seat). When I looked at Samsung's website for assistance they actually do show this same problem with the helpful suggestion of scheduling a service call. Any helpful suggestions other than a service call would be appreciated.
