Gas Stove Igniter CONTINUOUS sparking even after ignition

This must be the most elusive issue with gas stoves. I've scoured the internet and have only found the most obvious culprits and solutions. I have a Thermador Cooktop GPS484GGS. 4 burners, 1 grill and 1 griddle. 2 burners have solenoids and 2 do not. The ones with the solenoids work fine (the Left front and back) the other two (Right front and back) will light up just fine but the the sparking continues even after lighting. However, if both burners are on at the same time the sparking stops. Keep in mind I've replaced all igniters and even moved them around. They are not dirty, wet, nor are the wires or switches. All works fine with the exception of the continuous sparking. I'm looking at replacing the spark module but understand that is rarely the issue - especially if there was no sparking problems before the repair. FYI the whole reason I did the repair was that 1 igniter lost its c-clip (holds the igniter in place). If the igniter was not standing upright it would allow too much gas in and by the time it sparked there would be a small explosion. This was a big job requiring me to drill out the Venturi tubes, replace the burner base, nuts... a major pain... Now I have an issue that did not exist before. This Class Code 91 letter is for control board W10219463 replacement for Kitchen Aid, Jenn Air, Thermador, Dacor, & Kenmore Built In Refrigerator Units. This part is no longer available. Due to the failed ACU board W10219463 and the complexity of the control boards function the only resolution is to replace the entire control assembly with a service kit. Any product requiring this board will need to order one of the service kits according to model number. -

Thermador freezer T24IF70NSP/02, cools but does not freeze. Replaced starter relay and capacitor, compressor runs. Evaporator fan runs. Condenser fan does not run. I assume the condenser fan is my problem. Any help appreciated.

Our Thermador stove cooktop burners do not light or spark. We want to replace the spark ignitor module, but can't figure out how. We can see the module located below the left hand burners, but it looks like a major project literally taking the stove apart to get to it. Is there an easier way?

Hi there, I'm a brand new member and haven't poked around the forums much yet, so I apologize in advance if my etiquette is poor and I welcome all suggestions for improvement. I caused myself a pretty straightforward problem today. For background: We had warranty service on our Thermador range years ago, and I watched the technician unscrew the venturi tubes from the brass burner bases to remove the drip tray to replace the main control board. What happened today: The wife has been wanting to give the drip trays a good cleaning for a long time, so while I was dealing with another issue, I decided to remove the drip trays for a good soaking. I got one of the venturi tubes unscrewed with considerable effort, but on the second one, I ended up breaking the orifice (or jet) holder that it screws into. It looks like I'll need to get a different drip tray off in order to secure the broken holder and get the venturi tube off to replace it, but all the venturi tubes feel pretty seized and I'm worried about breaking more of them. It looks like all the replacement parts I need are pretty easily available, so I think I just need advice for removing the venturi tubes safely. They just backed out without any problem for the service tech I watched, so I'm guessing the years of heat cycling have caused some corrosion buildup on the threads. Anyone have suggestions other than soaking them in penetrating oil for days? -
