Thermador freezer T24IF70NSP/02, cools but does not freeze. Replaced starter relay and capacitor, compressor runs. Evaporator fan runs. Condenser fan does not run. I assume the condenser fan is my problem. Any help appreciated.

GE Monogram ZISS420nmcs, side by side cabinet depth unit. condenser is in the "ceiling" of the freezer compartment. Water is leaking, and freezing, from the ceiling of the freezer. Started making a terrible noise (fan was hitting the ice). I have removed all screws but cannot seem to remove the ceiling panel. There is a small opening, I can reach in and feel ice above the ceiling. I suppose I can fix the symptom by letting all of the ice melt and simply turning off the water to the ice maker. Any better suggestions? TIA !!

I recently found out that my Kenmore Elite Model 79572053110 stopped cooling the freezer, and the refrigerator. Here is what I did while troubleshooting. Opened fridge and freezer door, then held down "Ice Select & Refrigerator Temp" to put in demo mode "O FF", then turned off demo mode. Opened back panel at top, and pressed the little black button on the mother board once. Fridge beeped 3 times (all options on control panel at front lit up). Pressed it again and it beeped three times but as two consecutive beeps (Control panel went back to normal). Pressed it again, and fan turned off, and was as if it turned off the fridge. Repeating the pattern does the same. The times when it beeped, the fan ran inside the fridge, and it seemed like it was working, but the air wasn't cold, I don't really think so. The compressor makes noise, so it's getting power, but I don't know if enough. The compressor stops running with a kind off scratch noise, and then I suppose will start up again, because it's running sometimes. There is an LED light on the mother board that blinks six times. The capacitor looks fine (no burns). I have unplugged it, waited 15 minutes or so, then plugged it back in. The coils are clean, the big fan back there is running. There have not been any error codes, and I'm sure that I did not erase by unplugging. The filter fan works. No air is being pushed into the fridge unless compressor is running, and that air is not cooled. I have a list of suspected part failures, but I need a veteran to tell me what the likely suspect is. Please Help.

I have a PGSS5PJXC GE refrigerator that is having cooling issues. The fridge temperature is suppose to be at 37 degrees and is holding around 39 degrees. The freezer is suppose to be at 0 degrees but it's at 24-28 degrees. I have replaced the inverter last year and it worked fine, thanks to you guys! I first did a visual inspection of the main boards (mother board) front and back and everything look fine. I then checked voltages to and from the board. I have checked the voltage for it at the J15 plug of the main board and it was fine. Also checked voltages from the J2 plug for the condenser fan, evaporator fan, fresh food fan, supply voltage and they all read normal. I checked the thermisters off of J1 and they all seem to be within operating ranges. There was one thermister that read only 4.4kohms off of pin 5 and 2 off the J1 but found out is was a thermister that resides under the fridge towards towards front near the grill base cover. Although the freezer thermister (pins 5 and ) read 17.7ohms at a temperature of 35 degrees. Another one being the fresh food thermister at pins 5 and 1 read 15.5 ohms while the thermister was placed in a cup of ice water which temperature read 15.9 ohms while being placed in a cup of ice water which read 33 degrees. So now I don't know what to do. I feel cold air coming thru the vents in the fridge and freezer. I guess the only thing I can do is to remove the back wall cover to expose the check the freezer coils. I should check for a light frosting on them and put that thermister in ice water and recheck the ohms on that. However, when I checked that thermister before it read 15.2ohms at 32 degrees. I am sort of desperate here so any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. And whatever parts I order from you guys can you tell me if I am able to return them if that wasn't the issue? Thanks in advance for your help. You guys are my last hope. I am disabled and a vet and can not afford a technician.

The freezer hasn't been able to freeze ice cubes for a year, but now it's not very cold at all, and the refrigerator itself seems to be getting less cool, too. I cleaned out the freezer and noticed that in the right back corner of the freezer, a block of ice has formed. I'd love any help I can get on how to troubleshoot this problem.
