I have a 15 something year old Kenmore 253.5569340N refrigerator that is leaking water from the ice maker. It builds up on top of the motor area and also flows onto the top glass shelf and anything stored there. I replaced the water valve this morning and it is still doing it. I did not see a leak in the icemaker when I had it out previously. Where should I check for the leak? I hate throwing money at a 15 year old fridge, but new ones are stupid expensive. Thanks!

Hello, I'm newly signed up. I have been trying to find a technical manual, or at least the information for how to start the washer's diagnostic procedure, for a Kenmore portable clothes washer 110.44722401. Mainly, I'd like to be able to run the spin cycle manually. I've seen reference to this diagnostic procedure (by pressing a button combination upon startup) but have not seen a correct description of how this is done. Is there a reason that Sears/Kenmore does not make the technical manuals available to users? Whenever I call them for info or the manual, they say they can only sche -

If someone could please help me, It would be greatly appreciated. I have a Kenmore 700 series dryer, mod#110,68102310. The dryer turns on and runs for about two minutes then shuts off with error code F3 E2. The thermister and fuse both are new due to neither one having continuity when checked so i replaced them both. Here is where it gets good, the heating element is not coming on. I checked continuity on it and havew about 12.3 ohms. Also i have 120v on BOTH pins. I put my meter ground to the casing and checked each while on. 120 on each...240 on both. HOW CAN THIS BE? I am seriously about to -

Sooo... I have one of the Kenmore laundry centers (combo washer/dryer). There was a leak above us at our apartment and water dripped and got into our unit. I fixed the washer by replacing the control board. The dryer is not working now. I am getting a constant flashing red led from the control board. When I plug in the unit and move the heat control, I get 3 beeps. I try to start a dry cycle and nothing. I have replaced: thermistor, thermal fuse, power cord to wall, (have tested the outlet and it’s receiving all power), the dryer control panel, and the door switch. -

I am trying to determine if it is the igniter or the electronic control board. I think I know how to test the igniter, and I can get to some of the wiring under the stove. I have a model 106.89553100 Ice Maker and I am having an issue with it overfilling the water tray. I recently replaced the control board and the water valve and it now is making ice again but it is overflowing into the bin and melting most of the ice. I looked at the area where the pump is located for a water sensor and this model does't seem to have one unless it is mounted some other place I can not see. Does anyone have any suggestion on how to regulate the water flow so it will cut off when full? Thanks for your help!!

Howdy, I have a Kenmore 106.54682300. Just yesterday I noticed that the temp inside the fridge is barely cool (70F) and the freezer is hardly keeping water frozen. I have pulled the grill and vacuumed the coils, but it doesn't seem to help. I can hear the fan on the freezer side and can barely feel any air coming through the top duct (blue in photo) and feel no air coming into the fridge side. Also, I can see quite a bit of frosting on the panel in the freezer where the red circle is. I'm pretty handy, this is just the first fridge issue I've had to face. Thanks in advance,

Have a kenmore washer that is having spin issues. Splutch is fine, belt is fine, drum turns by hand with no issues, shift actuator is fine also. During spin and drain cycle washer tries to spin but can't. Washer lurches about 4 times and then stops. I put the washer into manual test mode and tested high spin, machine will spin, but I tell by sound its not spinning high like it should. Tested machine on low spin and machine struggles and lurches and stops after about 4 lurches. The motor will free wheel but there is a light clicking noise.
