  1. I have a 1 year old (just a couple of weeks after 1 year, of course) Kitchenaid French door refrigerator that is dripping down the refrigerator door seal in the middle where the 2 doors come together. there is a puddle on top of the freezer door and if freezes there. Someone told me that the gaskets around the door need to be replaced. Supposedly it is easy, pull old one out and insert new ones in. Would like to know if that diagnostic is correct and it is really that easy to replace. Also would like to know the exact part number to buy. Our seal is gray. Refrigerator is stainless steel. Help would be very much appreciated. Thank you I have a picture but not sure how to insert it into this post.
