  1. I purchased a replacement dryer sensor probe, part #C00311914 when the old sensor broke apart - it is a single metal bar with a bent end that slides into a slot behind and underneath the lint basket inside the drum. Unfortunately I have no instructions or diagram for the machine or for changing out the sensor. Just sticking it into the slot and screwing it down does not solve the problem (cycle ends early and clothes are damp) and I suspect there is a cable or element (circuit board?) not visible under the drum that must be attached or threaded to the sensor. If there is one, may be damaged. Can someone point me to a diagram or video that shows the inside of the machine underneath the drum, or how this bar attaches underneath? Thanks for any assistance or advice. I am neither in my home country nor in the country of purchase, and this machine is about eight years old, so any help is much appreciated!
  2. Couple year old dryer stops early in normal cycle and blows thermal fuse. I have cleared the exhaust vent which is 16ft of hardpipe with one 90 degree elboe. I have replaced the flex exhaust line. I have taken apart the blower housing and it is clean. I have replaced the heat coil, thermal fuse and high limit. It heats a couple loads on timed dry and then thermal fuse blows. Laundry is piling up and wife not happy.
