  1. My ASKO W660 washer was working fine and suddenly on the next load when Marianne pushed the start button, nothing happened. The red pilot light was on and she was going to use the program that had been previously selected, so she pressed nothing in starting this load other than "start" which did not work. We tried shutting it down, unplugging it, and no functions, menus, etc operate, except the "on" button and light as well as the door open button. I would like to get a service manual and see what it might say the problem is. I suspect something like a door latch switch or something that is not making a complete circuit and holding the functions off. I checked both fuses and they both have continuity. Please help, John and Marianne
