  1. Kenmore elite model 106.44433602 working fine but.... When the compressor is running you hear a relay fire off every 0.5 sec and it's random but repeatable. The relay that is making the noise is internal to the inverter module. Sometimes there is more delay between cycles. 7.5 ohms between all coils on the compressor. 5 volts on the signal wire from the control board to the inverter. 115volts at the converter compressor is running. I need the tech sheet to run the diagnostic. And the service manual would give me more information. I'm not a parts swapper, I need diagnose to the module or component. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
  2. I just DIY fixed a leaky freezer and found the condensation line frozen, etc... If these stupid little nipples are always clogging up and causing issues, why don't we just take them off and not use them? The only purpose I can think of is that the grommet somehow diffuses heat near the compressor so it doesn't travel up the condensate line?

  5. Hi, I have a 15 year old GE Profile Side-by-side that makes a very loud bang / backfire sound when the compressor shuts off. It seems to cool ok, but the noise is very loud and can't be good. I have read about cleaning out dust and build-up, and attempted that, but so far that has not worked for me. I don't know if I need to clean out the fridge, angle it back and get at it from underneath. Any suggestions? Thanks - John
  6. I am looking to see if there is any other Marvel info out there. I working on a Wine Unit may also be under uline as well Thanks, Ken Atcher Service
