The burners won't work nor the oven elements BUT the lights still come on. Whats up with that?

Suggest you check to see if there is 240 volts to the range.

   The force is saying to me "One of your main wires near where the power cord connects to the range has burned loose".  You'll have to pull both panels off the back of the range to confirm this.
