bad news for icemakers

after years of giving advise and servicing DOMESTIC icemakers the public must be told and has probably listed here before , the differecne between A ICE MAKER & ICE MACNINE the domestic ice maker will only produce ice under standard operation conditions <the ice machine only produces ice at a standard operating level/condition for the purpose of making ice,  DOMESTIC ICE MAKERS, do not have to dedication to make ice as the the ice machine due to the simple fact the units focuse is freezing the food if freezing the food or increased heat load in the freezer section is sensed then the ice maker will become disabled to support to product design (protect the food) this is normal .
