All Appliantology tech members are invited to join in this workshop on all things Appliantological: bidness, customers, tools, troubleshooting, flavorite brewski, whatever. Webcams and microphones are open and live!
This workshop is also a great time for any students at Master Samurai Tech to bring any and all questions about the coursework. We're happy to walk through any concepts you're having trouble with. Think of it like office hours with your teachers.
If you have a specific appliance problem you'd like us to talk about, post it here! We need a problem statement and a PDF of the tech sheet or schematic so we can all see it on screen share. If you have a PDF that isn't already in the File library here at Appliantology, send it to us by attaching it to the contact form.
Also, follow this Calendar Event so you'll get notified of new posts here. Look for the "Follow" button either at the top of the topic on desktop or below the topic on mobile.
Who: This workshop is only available to tech members at Appliantology.
When: Saturday, March 30 @10:00 AM Eastern Time.

Thank you so much! I really appreciate it.

This is a great forum. This is the only place I'm coming back to for diy appliance stuff when I need REAL help. A small token of my appreciation has gone into the beer fund.

Just activated a permanent account.  :D  Big time DIY-er and handyman.  I'm hoping this site will come in handy over the years!

Anyhow, I was hoping someone could PM me the Sub-Zero 500 Series Technical Service Manual?  I know the permanent account said something about a link to all the manuals, but I couldn't find it, so I hope I'm not bothering any of the masters with my request.

Thanks in advance!

What an awesome site. I'm troubleshooting a subzero 561, refrigerator side is running, but the evaporator isn't getting very cold - would love to take a look at a manual for the 500 series.

Cheers

Lee

By the way - we got this thing used for $60.00 The freezer works fine, but the fridge definitely has a leak in the system somewhere. Is it worth fixing?

Thx!

it is the mini manual, not sure of the pages, at work now I can look when i get home. I have made a copy for all the techs that work for me in the past as this has become a bible for the techs. I love the fact that it is small to fit in a closed clipboard type case and not full size. I will replay when i get home to look at size.
