I have a KM Dishwasher m#665.16835792 that after all of the cycles and final drain/rinse cycle, I still have a 1"-2" of standing water. The unit has a extra rinse and drain button that has to be pushed to drain the tub. All cycles seem fine but when there is a drain cycle the amount of pressure that is flowing out of the unit seems a bit weak. I am the 2nd guy to see this unit, last tech states everything work fine. Any suggestions?

Does the drain connect to a disposal? If so, these are famous for collecting gookus and restricting the discharge flow.

I snaked the air gap and drain line-clean as can be. When I hit the extra rinse and drain button it will drain out to the bone? Puzzled -that I am master

So, only time there's trouble draining is when there's detergent in the tub? That makes me wonder about the detergent: what kind, how much they're using, changed brands lately, etc.
