I have a washer/dryer stack that fills with water but will not agitate or spin.I can hear the motor hum. I removed the pump , changed the timer and got the same results. Can someone please help me with a repair manual and help with what the problem may be.  Peace  :(

While in spin, will it drain if water is in the tub??  It may be your coupler is broken......

When you look at the shaft with the pump removed, is it spinning?

Sounds like a motor issue, or related wiring

you could remove the Pump and the Motor and while holding the Motor with your foot,

try the Washer again ...

With power removed, can you turn the Motor Shaft by hand, easily, smoothly ?
