Not sure what this would entail, but maybe the info enter page could have different entry profile. Maybe a box specifically for model number (keep the flashing arrow though lol), and the other with instruction to try and describe exactly what peice we're talking about. Most of the guy's who are guttin' it out running high number of calls don't always have time to examine model number/item trim levels etc. But if you call it a QL2000 or An Electrolyuk Bottom Mount with a Sealed System Icemaker, they know what it is you are asking about.
