Inglis electric dryer won't dry

I know it's cheap... I don't even know what it is an offshoot of... I have to run it twice. Any ideas? It seems like it started acting this way after we moved. I don't know if something got jostled in the move, or not.

Came back to add: I do keep the screen cleaned out after each load. The line is short, not tangled or twisted. I might check to see if there are any clogs, but I do doubt it.
