Frigidaire Refrigerator Model # LGHB2869LF3 ( No Ice)

I have a Frigidaire refrigerator model # LGHB2869LF3 that has two ice makers on it and neither one is producing ice constantly.  My guess is the water valve, but I would like to be sure.  The water lines to the water valve are color coded, but I can't tell what goes to what.  Is there a service manual for this fridg.  I can't find one at frigidaire.com.  The ice maker that is located in the freshfood compartment is something that I never seen before.  Any thoughts or information would be greatly appreciated.

What's the actual Freezer temperature ?

Needs to be +15F or colder to "harvest" the Cubes

RegUS:  Thanks for the info on the ice makers.  I have never seen this Flex Tray ice maker before.  To answer one of your questions.  No, there is no water in the ice tray.  In the PDF that you sent for; Ice Maker (Flex Tray fresh Food Compartment) Flow chart #2.  It tells you to proceed to testing water fill system Page 5-4.  Do you have that section that you can send me in a PDF as well?  I sure would appreciate it.
