All Appliantology tech members are invited to join in this workshop on all things Appliantological: bidness, customers, tools, troubleshooting, flavorite brewski, whatever. Webcams and microphones are open and live!
This workshop is also a great time for any students at Master Samurai Tech to bring any and all questions about the coursework. We're happy to walk through any concepts you're having trouble with. Think of it like office hours with your teachers.
If you have a specific appliance problem you'd like us to talk about, post it here! We need a problem statement and a PDF of the tech sheet or schematic so we can all see it on screen share. If you have a PDF that isn't already in the File library here at Appliantology, send it to us by attaching it to the contact form.
Also, follow this Calendar Event so you'll get notified of new posts here. Look for the "Follow" button either at the top of the topic on desktop or below the topic on mobile.

Was looking for a manual with as much info on this as possible.  All the burners went out.  Though we had the right board cornered but, replacing it ended with the same results as the old one.  Didn't help the customer informed us he had some place to be, in half an hr.....  The more boards on an appliance, the more we feel like parts changing monkeys....   :yucky:

Yes, oven is properly working. 120v to L1-N and L2-N 240 L1-L2. Burner Relay board was our diagnosis... I was doing more observing that anything. I tend to get 2nt fiddle when we see machines for the first time.

  • 1 year later...

I know this scenario took place last year but I've recently come across the exact same thing.  Do you recall the final diagnosis?  I was going to order a control board as was done in this case but held off as it didn't feel right.  Any leads are appreciated.
