Service manual out there?????...............I will bet I gotta remove the rear panel to get to the wire connector for the oven sensor, cuz  it don't pull thru from the front............

Usually it's a 2 sided job. Front to take it loose, back to unclip the wire harness that is wire tied at the plug. Theory: just to make it difficult. I love engineers.
