Broiler

2 posts in this topic

I have a Frigidaire wall oven. Model# GLEB27S7CBB. The broiler quit working. A friend on mine put a volt meter on the broiler connections and turned it on. There was no power to the element? Any other part to test next?

... volt meter on the broiler connections

... no power to the element?

Also check if the Broil Element is good and not broken / shorted to chassis / ground

If the Bake function works,

but not the Broil,

it would seem to be a bad Oven Controller N/A

(there may be some places that will repair it)

OR, you could possibly try replacing the Broil Relay K1 on the Controller
