I would like to obtain a service manual for the F&P E402B Fridge.

Any help would be appreciated.

Also any information on service lights and error codes.

Thanks for your replay, but it doesn't seem to have diagnostic fault alarms and fault codes for Fisher & Paykel E402B fridge

Yes, I looked at that page, but the lights on the E402B look completely different. It looks like this fridge is older than that service manual.

Give a complete model number off of the data tag. Actually the best number to give would be the five digit product code, that's how you get the exact manual.

20023 Is that the correct number? The fridge is about 10 years old.

That's not a valid product code. Please post a clear picture of the of serial tag. Either upload it here or am image sharing website and paste a link.

The didn't use product codes that long ago, here's the manual for the 2004 Active Smart Refrigerator. It may not be exact but it's the oldest available and the diagnostic should be the same.
