GE Triton XL draining from alternate drain by sink

2 posts in this topic

I have a triton XL dishwasher.  For about a week, it has started draining from some kind of alternate drain which is located the faucet on the sink.  I've seen this thing there before, but never knew what it was until now.  How do i make it drain back from how its supposed to?

Sounds to me that your siphon break is clogged or your hose from the siphon break to the disposer or drain is clogged.  Did you put in a new disposer?  If so you have to remove the knock-out for the dishwasher.   If not,   Check out the siphon....your probably clogged...sounds like this is where your draining from...Ron
