MLG19PD not spinning cloths dry

Going out to look at this one tomorrow.  Customer complained about soggy cloths (this is at a camp-ground) after cycle completes.  I was out on another product earlier and noticed it was only set for a 2 minute spin and the max-extract option was not set.  I set those thinking it fixed the issue.

These sat in storage for 10 years, and were just recently put into use.  When I ran a cycle before, there is no water sitting in the tub - it seems to be draining ok.

Guess I will take some towels there and do a load to see what happens.  Any other thoughts would be helpful!

Any error codes pop up? Make sure to check the download section for any service bulletins.

There are so many things it could be, door lock assembly, tub displacement switches, motor control board, machine control board, the belt could have fell off.

We need a complete model number with the first two digits of the serial number to find your parts.

Yep. And there is a bulletin out there you should read too.

So I'm out here and after a while I found the spinning issue.  The NC lower weight unbalance switches were slammed shut.  a little bend of the metal, and bam! spin mode works.  However, I am guessing there was some damage in moving these puppies, since the spin mode creates an awful racket and the machine walks itself back into the wall.

Did you check the shocks, the springs and the counterweights supporting the outer tub to see if anything got damaged in transport?
