All Appliantology tech members are invited to join in this workshop on all things Appliantological.
We have a special session planned for this one. Instead of the usual Show 'n Tell on a technical topic, we're going to post tech sheets in the comments to this Calendar Event (scroll down to see what's posted so far) and ask specific questions that can only be answered by reading the tech sheet. If you at least try to answer the questions beforehand, you'll get a lot more out of it. The tech sheet and the questions are posted in the comments section below.
Your mission, if you should choose to accept it, is to check out the questions for each one and try to answer them ahead of time. Then come to the Dojo to see how well you did!
Who: This workshop is only available to tech members at Appliantology.
When: Saturday, April 27 @10:00 AM Eastern Time.
      Where: Online via Zoom
      How:
Click here to go to the forum topic with the registration link. If you're interested, register now. Arrive a couple minutes early to make sure your connection is working. Set a reminder for yourself for this workshop so you don’t miss it.  And check out past workshops here: https://appliantology.org/announcement/33-webinar-recordings-index-page/

Fisher & Paykel DD603 dish drawer manual

Hi, I found the manual on the downloads page, but it wont download for me, says "sorry we couldnt find that". I run into this error often, I think it may be an old post and needs to be updated. I have downloaded the DD602 manual and it is probably going to be close enough for what I need, but I really would like the DD603 just incase there is a difference with entering the diagnostic mode. If it could be emailed to me JTD@ApplianceServiceCo.com as well as posted that would be excellent and appreciated. Thanks, Joe

I have searched as you suggested for DD03* and only 2 files are found and they are GE not Fisher & Paykel. For test purposes only, I tried and was successful at downloading those 2 GE service bulletins. When I searched my way for DD603 manuals using " DD60* " in the query field I do find 9 links - all are for F&P dishwashers. I can download 3 of them which tells me my method is good and exactly as you describe in your tutorial video. In general when I am on Appliantology.org on the download page I AM able to successfully download about 30% of the files that are listed. I do it exactly the same way every time- some will download and some report "sorry we couldnt find that". I am not sure what is wrong, but I believe there is something wrong on the site. Is it possible that after I find the link to my searched for manual, maybe the green download button on that link needs to be updated? Maybe they open fine for you because the files are already on your computer or network? I really hope you don't think I am being a smart ass - emails can come across the wrong way. I don't want to waste either of our time and hope this problem can be resolved. Does the message code [#10850.2] mean anything to you? This message comes from your site after the green download is hit - thanks in advance again, Joe:

Sorry, we couldn't find that!
