Dacor ERD48 F1 alarm and relay board removal

This Dacor ERD48SBK/LP started randomly throwing the F1 fault and the annoying beeping.

I removed the front bezel and the membrane switch panel and the controller circuit board. The board looks very clean as do the membrane switches, but I cleaned these anyway. I have sprayed the molex connections with deoxit and re-seated. The fault still appears after a couple minutes upon repowering. Looking in at the relay board, it is really gunked up and I'd like to clean it and bench test the relays. I have not figured out how to remove this and the other electronics in there. The oven is currently slid into place between two countertops, so I can't get to the back and sides. Do I need to pull it out?
