      This workshop is also a great time for any students at Master Samurai Tech to bring any and all questions about the coursework. We're happy to walk through any concepts you're having trouble with. Think of it like office hours with your teachers. 
      If you have a specific appliance problem you'd like us to talk about, post it here! We need a problem statement and a PDF of the tech sheet or schematic so we can all see it on screen share. I have a floor furnace, heater, in a 1950s house. The gas company said the thermostat was broken. So I reconnected the loose wire in thermostat. The pilot light stays lit, but when the two run wires from the thermostat are connected the valve does nothing. I thought, possibly, if I jumped the connections at the valve, where the generator is connected, that it would actuate the valve, but I got nothing. How do I test the valve with a multitester? I know that it's Ohms, but from what terminal to what terminal?

I do know that the B60 has been discontinued due to no pilot safety. What's a good cross referenced valve to replace it if the valve is what's bad and not the generator.
