All Appliantology tech members are invited to join in this workshop on all things Appliantological: bidness, customers, tools, troubleshooting, flavorite brewski, whatever. Webcams and microphones are open and live!
This workshop is also a great time for any students at Master Samurai Tech to bring any and all questions about the coursework. We're happy to walk through any concepts you're having trouble with. Think of it like office hours with your teachers.
If you have a specific appliance problem you'd like us to talk about, post it here! We need a problem statement and a PDF of the tech sheet or schematic so we can all see it on screen share. If you have a PDF that isn't already in the File library here at Appliantology, send it to us by attaching it to the contact form.
Also, follow this Calendar Event so you'll get notified of new posts here. Look for the "Follow" button either at the top of the topic on desktop or below the topic on mobile.
Who: This workshop is only available to tech members at Appliantology.
When: Saturday, March 30 @10:00 AM Eastern Time.

Hmmmm. That was straight off of the model serial sticker on the back. I was able to look up parts with that model number.

I was having an issue with a burner not working. I was able to manually trace all the wiring and figure out board was not sending power to burner.

Off the sticker:

RF1032BS.FSTLLGA

S/N 101MMTJ00353

Thanks John

RF1032BS is a Product Code Number.

There may be some limited capability to find part information---but is not the correct method for doing so.

If you have identified that the Main Board is at fault---simply verify that the part numbers are a match.

If this is a free standing range--- the model number tag can be found by opening the storage drawer---tag is on the side pillar.

If this is a free standing range with a double oven---the tag is usually under the ceramic plate/top. Open the upper oven door and look under the edge of the plate assy---on the left side.

Thanks John.  I looked in all the normal places including in the drawer for the normal model sticker.  It was not to be found.  Don't know if it was pulled off or what.  The board I looked up with this number did look identical but I will match numbers before installing.
