GE ESS25LSQA SxS not cooling

Hello all, recently my side by side stopped cooling; I've replaced the defrost thermostat;I also replaced the temperature sensors (3) and the PTC relay. I hear the fridge fan and the evaporator fan; didn't see the main control board even have a smell or burn mark anywhere.

Do you have any specific symptoms? Is it not defrosting, compressor not running, both compartments warm? What is it not doing?

Its a friend's fridge I was trying to troubleshoot for him,
Basically he said he noticed water on the ground when he came home, and both the fridge and the freezer weren't cold anymore, I left it unplugged for 24hours and replugged it in, it didn't work.
The condenser and the evaporator fans do spin though, but it's not cold.

It sounds like the compressor isn't running; it could just be sitting there cold. If it is running, check the frost pattern on the evaporator after it's been running a couple of hours.

Sometimes, you have to literally put your hand on the compressor itself to feel if it is vibrating at all... if the compressor is running and you have no cooling- the fridge is toast!

If you follow Vee8's advice and check the "frost pattern" there should be an even patina of frost over the entire length of evaporator tubing- if you only have frost in a 2 inch section- toast again!
