      This workshop is also a great time for any students at Master Samurai Tech to bring any and all questions about the coursework. We're happy to walk through any concepts you're having trouble with. Think of it like office hours with your teachers. 
      If you have a specific appliance problem you'd like us to talk about, post it here! We need a problem statement and a PDF of the tech sheet or schematic so we can all see it on screen share. If you have a PDF that isn't already in the File library here at Appliantology, send it to us by attaching it to the contact form.

In order to avoid bad things for your garbage disposal maintenance you should stay away for pouring used oils and greasy things in the disposal. Those oils will solidify in the drainpipe over some period of time. Then that will cause very frustrating blockages. Instead of just pouring it in the sink, you may gather that in some container then allow it to solidify and only after that throw it into garbage can.

It is essential to remember not to put potato peels in the garbage disposal. That will be a huge mistake if you do. Starchy foods like potato, corn husk, artichoke banana peel and others should never be inside you garbage disposal. The fibers that they have can cause some tangles and that will jam the thing in the end.
