Samsung dishwasher (dw80f600uts) not cleaning

Hoping if someone can help me identify what may be wrong with my dishwasher that isn't cleaning properly. The top spray arm is not rotating and it seems like there is not enough water pressure as anything in the top rack isn't wet at all. I have taken out all the sprays arms and the water supply assembly and cleaned it thoroughly there does not appear to be a blockage. The bottom of the dishwasher does have water in it when I start it it just doesn't seem to be getting distributed. Instead of hearing water spraying around i just hear a running motor of some kind. Any help would be appreciated.

Yes the bottom of the tub has what looks like the appropriate amount of water in it. When I open the dishwasher mid cycle water is coming out of the middle arm but is not making it to the top arm.

on the front panel the first of three lights is on lit. On the control panel the heavy cycle is lit and the low rinse light is lit up.

So for the benefit of anyone else needs the resolution to the solution was two fold. Firstly I didn't connect the water supply assembly completely when I reinstalled it after cleaning. This is why the top spray arm wasn't working properly. Secondly I took the impeller assembly apart (turn the screen clockwise to loosen it) and found a broken grinder blade. As the grinder was broken the food particles built up and pretty much clogged the mesh which probably also hampered the water flow.
