All Appliantology tech members are invited to join in this workshop on all things Appliantological.
We have a special session planned for this one. Instead of the usual Show 'n Tell on a technical topic, we're going to post tech sheets in the comments to this Calendar Event (scroll down to see what's posted so far) and ask specific questions that can only be answered by reading the tech sheet. If you at least try to answer the questions beforehand, you'll get a lot more out of it. The tech sheet and the questions are posted in the comments section below.
Your mission, if you should choose to accept it, is to check out the questions for each one and try to answer them ahead of time. Then come to the Dojo to see how well you did!
Who: This workshop is only available to tech members at Appliantology.
When: Saturday, April 27 @10:00 AM Eastern Time.
      Where: Online via Zoom
      How:
Click here to go to the forum topic with the registration link. If you're interested, register now. Arrive a couple minutes early to make sure your connection is working. Set a reminder for yourself for this workshop so you don’t miss it.  And check out past workshops here: https://appliantology.org/announcement/33-webinar-recordings-index-page/

My Subzero refrigerator model 736TCI 3 has a freezer temp of -13 degrees even though I set temp to 0. The refrigerator temp remains steady at 37 degrees. Help.

Sounds like your freezer compressor is not shutting off due to a stuck relay on the control board. Could also be a defrost system failure but not as likely. Test by shutting off the unit at the control panel and listening for a running compressor. If you hear it running, try turning off the power and it should stop. Sometimes cycling the power will allow the relay to open but it will fail again. Let us know what you find.

I did shut off at control panel and I can still hear it running. Opening up both bottom freezer doors will stop it. Of course it will stop if I turn power off. I let it sit off for 20 minutes and repowered and temp did go back to normal but it has returned to cooling down to -13. Sound like the control board?? Any damage done to unit until I can get one?

Put it into service mode and see what all the thermistors are reading. Iirc, hold "unit on/off" button and "ref colder" button until it beeps. Then cycle through the info with the "ref colder" button. There are two thermistors in each compartment, one directly on the evaporator and one in free air hidden behind a panel. Im especially interested in the temp reading for "fe"
