Just a follow up for any one reading the thread. Turned out the refer was not the problem. The client had an older refer and the supply line had leaked causing the damage. They were trying to claim this new LG had been the cause of the leak. Thanks again for the info - I can't believe how complex this LG refer is!! The only thing missing is hot gas defrost and a french fry maker - and, what the heck is a linear compressor?
