All Appliantology tech members are invited to join in this workshop on all things Appliantological.
We have a special session planned for this one. Instead of the usual Show 'n Tell on a technical topic, we're going to post tech sheets in the comments to this Calendar Event (scroll down to see what's posted so far) and ask specific questions that can only be answered by reading the tech sheet. If you at least try to answer the questions beforehand, you'll get a lot more out of it. The tech sheet and the questions are posted in the comments section below.
Your mission, if you should choose to accept it, is to check out the questions for each one and try to answer them ahead of time. Then come to the Dojo to see how well you did!
Who: This workshop is only available to tech members at Appliantology.
When: Saturday, April 27 @10:00 AM Eastern Time.
      Where: Online via Zoom
      How:
Click here to go to the forum topic with the registration link. If you're interested, register now. Arrive a couple minutes early to make sure your connection is working. Set a reminder for yourself for this workshop so you don’t miss it.  And check out past workshops here: https://appliantology.org/announcement/33-webinar-recordings-index-page/

Cannot look up Viking parts without complete model and serial, especially the hybrids.     Give us some info or a picture of label to start with.

You can try unplugging the unit. Plug it back in and Press and hold freezer up and fresh food down while it is powering up.

Removing power does not exit demo mode on refrigerators. It is used in showrooms to allow retailers to flip one switch to turn off all refrigerators. I believe this unit was manufactured by Whirlpool. Has OP tried calling VIKING?

I have found this on a similar model. Follow at your own risk.

Show Room Mode Enter or exit the Show Room Mode by performing the following sequence of events: 1. Press and hold the DOOR OPEN ALARM button. 2. Press and hold FREEZER TEMP UP button. 3. Release the DOOR OPEN ALARM button and wait 3 seconds. “SH” appears in left display. 4. Press the FREEZER TEMP UP button again. “On” or “OFF” appears in right display. 5. Press the REFRIGERATOR TEMP UP button and REFRIGERATOR TEMP DOWN button to toggle showroom feature “On” or “OFF”. NOTE: Showroom will always be off when first powered up. 6. Press the FREEZER TEMP UP button to confirm setting. The display will flash the selected setting.

Other than that I would call VIKING and have one of their service techs come out. If nothing else it is worth having a tech out for the cost of a service call.
