Hotpoint HTS20GBNBWW fridge not cooling

Trying to troubleshoot this fridge, you can here the relay click on and off for about 10 seconds. Pull the start relay and overload, I checked them under the continuity setting but the both check out. I can hear a rattle in the start relay. Is there a way to jump the compressor to check...Thanks Michael

There should be no rattle to the start device... and the "clicking" is most likey the thermoal overload device tripping. 

Keep the old thermal overload because it will be the correct LRA rating, and install this start device, as the part for your machine is coming up as no longer available.

To be extra sure, you can check for 120VAC at the compressor with the controls set to cool, and you can test the compressor pins for OHM's resistance and the rule for that is the two lowest readings of any of the 2 pin combinations should equal the third largest pin combination's resistance.
