Frigidaire side by side refrigerator keeps building up ice on evaporator fan

I have a newer Frigidaire side by side refrigerator that keeps building ice up on the evaporator fan motor housing and making noise when it reaches the fan blade.  Replaced the icemaker water valve.  Sealed the icemaker water chute so no air leaking inside from the outside of the cabinet. From what I can tell, the water is not leaking from the icemaker. The cubes are normal. It looks like the water is dripping/streaming down from the top of the freezer, on the very back inner wall of the freezer.  But it could be the fan blowing moisture upwards? Usually takes a couple weeks to come back.  The ice door is sealing. Both door seals are sealing.  Unit is defrosting fine, and the drain is draining, with no water below the evaporator coil. I can't tell where this water/moisture is coming from.  Any ideas?  Anyone run into this problem before?

Check the liner to cabinet gap. They tend to separate over time and let in outside air which is humid. If the gap looks big, seal it with a matching rtv caulk.
